Shia LaBeouf. What is he about? There is a mysterious intensity going on there, and for sure he is watchable, but I don’t quite “like” anything he does. I found this coming of age / unlikely buddy film a bit throw-away therefore, to be honest. It was absolutely fine and unoffensive but also didn’t move me particularly. Fine is my best comment, really.
